This house located in Santomera has been built under the Passivhaus criteria. Our company, as a collaborating company of the Passivhaus Platform, was in charge of the project and installation of the air conditioning and domestic hot water system using aerothermal Daikin Altherma heat pump and fan-coils, ducts and grilles to distribute the heated air and the Zehnder enthalpic heat recovery ventilation system that provides control of humidity conditions, energy savings and well-being through renewal air quality and its filtering.
